Leopard OS X 10.5 - Startup Keys Don't Work #If your Mac does not obey startup commands (like Command+C to boot from the optical drive), try using your Apple Remote instead:
- Turn on the Mac while pressing Menu on the remote
- A list of bootable volumes will appear
- Select the desired volume using Forward and Back on the remote
- When the desired volume is highlighted, press Play on the remote
