Concatenate (cat) TIFF files in OS X #
GraphicCoverter X 6.5 can be used to combine multiple TIF files into a single, multipage document:
  1. File > Convert & Modify
  2. Function: = Convert
  3. In the left pane, browse to and select desired TIFs
  4. In the right pane, browse to desired save location
  5. Dest. Format = TIFF
  6. Options... > Multi Page File
  7. Click "Go"
