Ilpo kindly informs us of his tiny Windows applications coded in C:

Swingette - Tiny audio player
Mazzic - Tiny audio recorder
Zones - Full-screen sunclock with UTC display
Zeeview - Full screen jpg image browser
Gadgets - Three little toys

The interfaces are non-standard, but you've got to love that they are: installer-free, green (i.e., non-polluting), tiny, and free (though not open source).
