Restore tab autocompletion in cmd.exe #

Head to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor
and/or
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor
(if the HKCU value is set, it overrides the HKLM value) and set the CompletionChar value to 9 (which is horizontal tab in ASCII).
