Create bootable OS X/macOS Intel installers under Apple silicon

with macUSB. Requires macOS Sonoma 14.6 or newer and installer in DMG format (MIST^* is recommended for obtaining). With the exception of Mavericks and Sierra, all versions from Lion through Sequoia have passed testing. See announcement on r/macapps.
