Site search migrated from Algolia to Pagefind
Site search on tinyapps.org has been powered by a number of services and scripts over the decades:
Pagefind is where the search finally ended. For the first time, everything is indexed and searchable.
The JavaScript dependency is unfortunate (Algolia required it too), but the tradeoff is worth it: the index is now self-hosted and complete, and the JavaScript only loads on the search page itself. Pagefind is open source and a breeze to set up and use.
